10-Day Summer Camp in Banaswadi, 2026 — What Your Child Will Actually Learn

TFC 10-day summer camp Banaswadi Bangalore April 2026 kids activities

Are you looking for Summer Camp in Banaswadi, Bangalore – April is almost here — and for parents across Banaswadi, Kalyan Nagar,HBR Layout, and Kammanahalli, the question is the same every year: what is my child actually going to do for two weeks of school holidays?

Most camps answer that with a hall full of kids, some colouring sheets, and a certificate on the last day. If that is what you need, there are plenty of options around Bangalore. But if you want your child to come home with something real — a skill they can show you, something they made with their own hands, a song they can actually play — that is a different question entirely.

That is what TFC Summer Camp in Banaswadi 2026 is built to answer.

What Is TFC Summer Camp 2026?

TFC Summer Camp is The First Chord Academy’s 10-day April holiday programme for children aged 7 to 14, held at our academy in Banaswadi — right above IDBI Bank on 7th Main Road, Subbanapalya.

Classes run Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, across two batches:

Batch 1: April 1 to April 14 (10 days, Monday to Friday)

Batch 2: April 15 to April 28 (10 days, Monday to Friday)

The day is structured into two parts: a morning rotation where students move through Music, Fine Art, and Academics in smaller groups — and a group session after the break where everyone comes together for activities like Public Speaking, Rubik’s Cube, and Storytelling.

10 Days. 10 Activities. Here Is What Your Child Will Learn.

Every day at TFC Summer Camp follows the same structured format. Students rotate through three parallel sessions — Music, Fine Art, and Academics — in smaller groups, with 45 minutes dedicated to each. After a break, everyone comes together for a collective activity: Rubik’s Cube, Public Speaking, Storytelling, and more.

This means your child gets focused, small-group learning in core skills every single morning — and then something energetic and fun with the whole group to finish.

Music

Each morning, students spend 45 minutes in a music session — guitar, keyboard, or ukulele. Groups rotate so every child gets focused time with the instrument they are learning. By the end of 10 days, every child has played real music — not just held an instrument.

Fine Art

Alongside music, students rotate into a 45-minute Fine Art session covering drawing techniques, painting, and creative expression. Structured, skill-based teaching — not just colouring sheets.

Academics

The academic rotation covers Speed Math, Handwriting, Creative Writing, and Sudoku — 45 minutes per session, small groups, structured learning. Skills that go straight back into the school year.

Speed Math

Mental calculation techniques that make numbers feel like a game rather than a chore. Parents consistently tell us that children carry these techniques into their school year long after camp ends.

Rubik’s Cube

Pattern recognition, problem solving, and the satisfaction of clicking that last piece into place. More than just a puzzle — this teaches children that complex problems have logical steps, and that sticking with something until it works is always worth it.

Public Speaking

Standing up, saying something clearly, and not fidgeting is a skill most adults still struggle with. Day 5 gives children a structured, encouraging environment to find their voice — through storytelling, simple exercises, and guided speaking activities.

Memory Games

The brain responds to training. Memory Games teaches children proven techniques to retain information better — immediately useful for school, and a skill that compounds over time.

Sudoku

Logical thinking, number patterns, and the focused quiet of working through a puzzle independently. Children who find it hard on Day 1 are usually asking for harder puzzles by the end.

Creative Writing

Storytelling and putting words together in a way that makes someone feel something. Creative Writing at TFC is not an essay assignment — it is structured, fun, and gives children the confidence to express themselves on paper.

Craftwork

Hands, materials, and imagination. Craftwork brings together everything children have been building across the 10 days — creativity, focus, and follow-through — into something physical they take home.

Share and Care

The final day is about people. Share and Care teaches empathy, teamwork, and how to be a good friend — values that matter long after camp ends. Children share what they learned and made, celebrate each other, and leave as a team that built something together.

Group Activities

Once the rotation sessions are done, everyone comes together for the collective activity of the day. This is where Rubik’s Cube, Public Speaking, Storytelling, Memory Games, Share and Care, and Craftwork happen — the whole camp together, energetic, collaborative, and fun.

Why Small Batches Make All the Difference

Most summer camps in Bangalore run large groups because larger numbers mean more registrations. That logic is understandable — but it is not how children actually learn.

At TFC Summer Camp, every batch has a maximum of 5 children per teacher. That means your child is not waiting for attention. The teacher knows their name, remembers what they struggled with yesterday, and knows exactly how to push them forward today.

Every activity, every day. It costs more to run a camp this way. We absorb that cost because the alternative — a child who comes home saying “it was fun” but cannot show you a single thing they did — is not something we are willing to put our name to.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does my child need prior experience in music or art?

No. Every activity starts from zero. Children with no music or art experience are completely fine — and watching a beginner play something on Day 1 is one of our favorite things about this camp.

What does my child need to bring?

Just comfortable clothes and a water bottle. All art supplies, instruments, craft materials — everything — is provided by TFC.

Can siblings join the same batch?

Yes. Siblings joining together pay ₹5,500 each — the TFC family rate. WhatsApp 8217506289 to register both at the same time.

Is there food provided?

Camp ends at 12:30 PM. Children are welcome to bring a small snack. No lunch is provided.

What if my child misses a day?

We understand things come up. WhatsApp us at 8217506289 and we will discuss options on a case-by-case basis.

Is there a certificate at the end?

Yes — every child receives a TFC Summer Camp Certificate of Completion on the final day.

TFC Summer Camp 2026 is not for every family. If you want a two-week activity to keep your child occupied, there are options around Bangalore that will do that job well.

But if you want your child to come back in May with skills they can show you — a song they can play, a puzzle they can solve, a drawing they made themselves — this is what we built it for.

Two batches. Very limited seats. April 1st.
